We’ve made a deliberate commitment to do public accounting differently. That means reasonable workloads, real advisory work alongside the compliance work, and PTO we want you to use! Tax season is real, but it isn’t the only season. From February 1 through April 15, we ask for 10 additional hours a week on top of your regular schedule, making for a 50-hour week. If you want to put in more, you can. Every one of those hours is paid on top of your base, which is a fraction of what most public accounting firms expect.

Caring for our community is a top priority. As a team, we complete multiple service projects each year, and every employee gets paid volunteer hours through our Impact arm.
